Delivery and Returns

All orders are scheduled for delivery once payment has been successfully received.
We schedule delivery on postal service days - as follows:
  1. All orders received on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and CoB Monday are sent to our shipping partners for delivery on Tuesday.
  2. All orders received on a Tuesday, Wednesday and CoB Thursday are sent to our shipping partners for delivery on Thursday.
  3. All orders received on a UK bank holiday will be scheduled for delivery on the next available postal service day.
We use Royal Mail First Class at this time (COVID-19)

Delivery is free on all subscription boxes.

If you're purchasing individual products (non subscription items) we'll pay your shipping on all orders over £20, under this, shipping will cost you £3 per parcel Nationwide. 

Please remember our shipping service is not available on UK Bank Holidays.

Make sure to place your order by the twentieth of December for Christmas orders and gifts to reach their destination in time.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
